y am i having mgrs who using BUTT to think instead of using BRAIN?

y am i having mgrs who are in MANUAL mode instead of AUTO mode?

made me got scoldings from boss.

she called me during my off day asking y things not done?

wahh..

im off for 4days.

during the 4days wat my mgrs doing?

did nth?

i ask boss..

all the mgrs are alr adults.

in fact im the youngest!

dont they have the initiative responsibility brain n auto to do their work?

sadly..

my boss oso admit that they dont have..

die lahh like that.

i noe that's my task.

but without the teamwork.

my task will nv be perfect.

so it means tat i need to work daily to nag at everybody?

its really tiring nagging at everybody daily the same old things de lehh..

although im only 22 yrs old..

at work i really sounds like a 42 yrs old old lady nagging at everybody lor.

sometimes i dont blame boss from scolding me or wat lahh.

watever it is.

its my task.

she just want me to help her to tell the mgrs off.
